Real collaboration
better results
Daliloucom exists because too many good businesses in your region are invisible online — and because the agencies that could fix that are either too expensive, too slow, or impossible to get on the phone.
Why we started
Walk through any commercial street in Tunisia and you will find excellent businesses — clinics with good doctors, cafés with real quality, contractors with genuine capability — that simply cannot be found by anyone searching online.
Meanwhile the customer is already on their phone, comparing two names in Google and picking one. The business with a working website wins that comparison almost every time, and often it is not the better business.
We started Daliloucom to close that gap at a price a small business can actually justify — with published prices, short timelines, and a straight answer when the honest advice is that you do not need what we are selling.
The team you will work with
No account managers, no outsourcing. The team you see below is the team you will work with from start to finish.

Mohamed Omrani
Spent years coordinating health, safety and environment work on major energy-sector projects in the Gulf — field inspections, permits, audits and incident investigation against international standards. That work is about spotting what is wrong before it costs someone something, which turns out to be the same instinct a website audit needs. Handles clients, strategy and delivery.

Oussema Omrani
Computer engineering graduate of an engineering school in Germany. Responsible for the technical side of every project — architecture, development, performance and security. If your site needs to do something more than sit there and look good, this is who builds it.
Four rules we do not break
We use modern tooling, and we are open about it
We use AI-assisted tools in our workflow for drafting, testing and repetitive work. That is part of why we can deliver in days at these prices. Every site is still designed, reviewed and signed off by a person, and a person is who you talk to.
Let's talk about your business
A short conversation costs nothing and usually makes the decision obvious in either direction.
